We ship within the United States for a flat rate of $5. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive in 3-7 business days. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns: 30 days, free
Not the right fit for your rig? You have 30 days from delivery to return any item, free of charge.
- Email contact@rvlevitator.com with your order number.
- We’ll send you a prepaid return label.
- Once the item arrives back, we refund the full price to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Items should be in their original condition. If something arrived damaged or defective, skip the return: email us a photo and we’ll send a replacement.
Warranty
The Levitator is covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If it fails under normal use in the first 30 days, email us and we’ll replace it.
