Shipping
We ship within the United States. Hose covers ship for a flat $5. Support kits ship for a flat $8. Orders over $200 ship free. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive in 3-7 business days. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Pre-order items are charged in full when you order and ship as soon as stock arrives. The expected ship month is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.
Returns: 30 days
Not the right fit for your rig? You have 30 days from delivery to return any item.
- Email contact@rvlevitator.com with your order number.
- We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back. Return postage is paid by the buyer.
- Once the item arrives back, we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Items should be in their original condition. If something arrived damaged or defective, skip the return: email us a photo and we’ll send a replacement.
Warranty
The Levitator is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If it fails under normal use in the first year, email us and we’ll replace it.
