From the makers of the Levitator RV Sewer Hose Support. Trusted by thousands of campers.
The “dip in the hose” trick is a band-aid. We built the actual fix.
Every camper has tried it. Sag the hose into a low loop, leave some liquid sitting there, hope it traps the smell. It kind of works; until it doesn’t. And it always looks like a mess at your site.
The P-trap hose dip
- Drainage slows or backs up
- Liquid sits in your hose between dumps
- Looks rough at a nice campsite
- Smells still find their way back
- Have to rig it every single hookup
The RV Backflow Preventer
- Drains fast and clean. Every time.
- One-way valve blocks odors from coming back
- Hidden in the hose. Invisible from outside.
- Install once, forget it’s there
- Works with standard RV sewer hoses
How it works
It’s the simplest thing in your sewer setup. That’s the point.
Slide into your Sewer Hose
Fits snuggly into any standard RV sewer hose. No tools. No glue. About 10 seconds.
Hook up your hose
Hose attaches to the camper like normal. Run it straight to the dump with no dip needed.
Breathe easy
Waste flows out. Air can’t flow back. Your bathroom stays smelling like a bathroom should.
Questions campers are already asking
Will this slow down my drainage?
Nope. The one-way valve is designed to open fully under flow, so emptying your tanks is just as fast as without it. The instant flow stops, it seals shut to block odors.
Does it work with my sewer hose?
Yes. It snuggly fits into any standard RV sewer hose used on virtually every RV sold in North America.
How is this different from a regular check valve?
It’s built specifically for RV waste flow, with a wider opening and tight seal and is shaped to fit out of sight in your hose so your site stays looking clean.
When will it be available?
We’re finalizing production now. Waitlist members get first access plus an early-bird offer.
Do I still need the Levitator sewer hose support?
Absolutely! The Backflow preventer works on any standard hose, and it also compliments our patented hose support’s function. The Levitator gives you the slope you need; the Backflow Preventer keeps the smells from coming back. Two-piece system, one clean campsite.
